Job description
Job Summary : Provide manual labor support to the maintenance lead.
Job Type: Full time, on site
Salary: $15 - $30/hr depending on experience
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities :
- Use maintenance tools and equipment to complete daily tasks.
- Follow all health and safety regulations when operating equipment.
- Ensure regulated and proper headgear, ear plugs, gloves, safety glasses, and clothing are worn.
- Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Lift heavy loads up to 70 lbs.
- Safely operate a variety of tools including but not limited to drills, saws, and grinders.
- Provide labor support as needed.
- Clean and clear debris and hazardous materials.
- Ensure equipment and tools are cleaned and stored properly.
- CNC machine general maintenance and troubleshooting.
- HVAC and plumbing installation and repair.
- Forklift maintenance and repair.
- General building upkeep.
- Electronics troubleshooting and repair.
- Other activities as may be directed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- CNC machine tool and equipment repair knowledge.
- Team Player
- Verbal & listening skills.
- Ability to manage time properly.
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds required.
Credentials and Experience
- High school diploma/GED
- 3+ years experience in construction or related field
- Experience with CNC machine repair.
- Must be a US Citizen
- Able to provide own basic hand tools
