Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager located in Seabrook, NH. Must be a le to work 40 hours a week and available for energencies as needed. The Property Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations, including resident/owner communication, leasing, preventive maintenance, accounting, and capital improvements. The Property Manager will also work closely with the Regional Manager, Director of Marketing, & VP of the Residential Division to ensure the successful management of the property.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a property manager
• Knowledge of all aspects of property management including budgeting, financial reporting, maintenance, leasing, and marketing
• YARDI Breeze (preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of state landlord/tenant laws
• Proficient using Microsoft Excel/Word and Adobe
