Job Description Summary

The Project Engineer (PE) will lead New Product Development (NPD) of engineering projects for the power generation team. Projects will predominantly be high speed permanent magnet alternators and other similar machines, power electronics and regulators.

Roles and Responsibilities

The PE will lead the Integrated Product Development Team (IPDT) with a focus on the Power Product line and be responsible for the successful development of assigned products. The PE will coordinate the activities of team members and interact closely with other functions including Electrical and Electromagnetic Design, Mechanical, Design/Drafting, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Quality, and Marketing.  The Principal Duties & Responsibilities will include the following:

The base pay range for this position is $67,700 - $101,400. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan.  This posting is expected to close on April 17, 2024 .
