Position Purpose:  

The Director of Human Resources (DHR) will be supporting the Northeast Region of the Municipal Water business line. Reporting to the President of the Northeast Region, the DHR will be part of the region’s Senior Leadership Team and provide leadership and support in the direction and implementation of HR strategies, services, policies/processes, programs and projects. Managing and developing a team of HRBPs, the HR team's major focus includes workforce planning, staffing, talent management, employee and labor relations, compensation, and change management. As part of a matrix organization, the Director of Human Resources will partner with the HR Center of Excellence Team of Veolia North America, which includes: Talent Acquisition Team, Talent Development, Total Rewards, People Operations, Diversity & Inclusion, Group Function HR.
