Job Description: As a Remote Telemarketing Specialist at DHW Insurance Brokers, you will be responsible for promoting our insurance products and services through outbound calls to potential customers. While no insurance license is required for this role, preferred candidates will have sales experience, particularly within the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to market DHW Insurance Brokers' products and services
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Meet sales goals and quotas by effectively pitching and closing sales
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and expertise
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
