Summary of the Position: This position involves administrative support for a range of existing PMMI business driver programs (summarized below). The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple concurrent projects and work well with more than one project leader.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Industry Services
MDCP
Manage Department of Commerce MDCP grant(s) including interface with multiple PMMI departments - Technical Service, Education, Finance, leadership.
Request draw downs, track personnel and non-personnel contributions, manage federal share spending, calculate grant reimbursements, submit forms and reports.
Manage organization and individual federal account access.
Participate in monthly team meetings.
Recruit and manage users and functions for the standards educational course.
OpX Leadership Network
Support multiple activities including work products, meetings, and marketing.
OpX website maintenance.
Maintain OpX Executive Council members in Salesforce.
Support OpX One Voice Ready Certification program.
MaX Member Share Group - Support activities including sharing group materials, meetings, and marketing fulfillment.
Packaging Management Council (PMC) and Industry Roundtable groups
Support group meetings including PPT materials, agendas.
Maintain PMC webpage and Teams group.
Maintain membership in Salesforce.
Trade Shows
Coordinate with Industry Services leadership to plan smaller group meetings.
Develop and maintain Industry Services meetings for PACK EXPO shows.
Support OpX, MaX, and Association Services desks plus other onsite activities at PACK EXPO shows.
Committees - Assist in developing and deploying Program Planning Committee, Industry Relations Committee, and Strategic Planning Committee meeting materials.
Assist PMMI Meetings team for Industry Services meetings by using Cvent to write and deploy invitations, track invite responses and deploy final confirmation emails.
Association Services
Cold Pressure Council
Manage membership and HPC mark invoices.
Manage third party social media provider.
Maintain CPC and HPC websites plus Salesforce database.
Support CPC Annual Conference planning and onsite activities.
Coordinate with PMMI MarComm for podcasts and promotional material.
Deploy emails using MarComm platforms to build, test, and send.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Minimum bachelor's degree preferred.
Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment, managing multiple projects and priorities, and working cooperatively to satisfy internal and external requests.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Previous association support experience preferred.
Experience with these software programs a plus:
Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

Webflow
This leads to the machine-readable files that are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and includes negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. The machine-readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to access and analyze data more easily.
