Program Manager - Tech Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $45/hr
- Worksite: Leading technology and data solutions company (Remote, Candidates must be located in the United States)
- W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program
- 40 hours/week, 4 Month Assignment
Program Manager - Tech Responsibilities:
- Be obsessed with partner experience, partner scale program capabilities needed to manage our partner ecosystem.
- Accountable to plan, prioritize business needs & drive strategic alignment to deliver MAICPP experience through engineering.
- Envision and drive partner experience requirements to meet ours partner program changes working with business teams & partners.
- Land changes with internal stakeholders and partners.
- Measure business outcomes based on partner and field feedback and adjust program execution plans as needed.
- Delivery of success through collaboration, deep partnerships & influence without authority across multiple stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate at all levels, from corporate VPs to partner–demonstrating impact and influence across different roles and organizations.
Program Manager - Tech Qualifications:
- (Preferred) Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Finance or related field AND 3+ years of work experience in program management, product management, process management, process improvement OR equivalent experience.
- Experience working as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Product Manager, Business Planning or Business Strategy in technology industry.
- Experience designing digital experiences at scale and working at the intersection of business strategy & engineering.
- Understanding of sales & go-to-market, partner ecosystem & cloud marketplaces strategy.
- Track record of driving business/product outcomes with objectives, key results, and facts grounded in data.
- Ability to translate complex business opportunities into simple, marketable, and effective solutions.
- Skilled at prioritization, driving strategic alignment in a matrixed organization, creating order, and driving concise, actionable executive-level insights and calls to action.
- Demonstrated track record of creating repeatable best practices for planning & prioritizing business requirements.
- Ability to articulate both business and technical value of business requirements to senior business and technical decision makers.
- Passionate, results-driven, and organized approach; with attention to detail: A self-starter who can create and deliver scalable plans from concept to delivery, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, effectively driving to measurable results.
- Must have ability to work cross-team in ambiguous and changing environments, along with excellent listening and partnering skills. Must be comfortable working in a highly matrixed environment, and leading program v-teams or workstreams aligned to shared goals and measures.
- Storytelling skills and passion for delighting partners and stakeholders, advocating on their behalf, creating great partner experiences, and understanding the linkage between these experiences and business success.
- Brings demonstrated experience proposing, creating, and managing executive-level proposals and presentations. Demonstrates ability to make data-driven investment decisions.
- Executive Relations: The ability to interact confidently with senior leaders in a highly matrixed organization to present/defend/clarify concerns or issues regarding an existing project, program, or solution. This includes the ability to confidently address difficult questions, handle pushbacks from a high-level audience, and maintain an executive demeanor while engaging in challenging or sometimes high-pressure situations.
