Compensation Range: $53 - 59 per hour
Our client, a global, research-driven biopharmaceutical company, is seeking a talented and dynamic individual to join their team as a Project Manager II.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in leading and driving projects and activities to meet business objectives for US Commercial & Medical Affairs. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and a passion for enhancing omnichannel activities to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Motivate stakeholders internally for success through leadership and strategic thinking.
- Collaborate across disciplines to ensure compliance and influence cross-functional teams.
- Maintain relationships with key leaders, and understand business challenges, and science behind diseases.
- Manage project development and implementation, ensuring timelines and requirements are met.
- Communicate effectively with clear expectations and updates.
- Plan and oversee complex digital projects, resolving issues and managing risks.
- Establish program goals and resource needs, and maintain documentation and timelines.
- Assess changes' impact on the program and lead resolution.
- Lead program teams in execution, obtain approvals, and gather feedback for improvement.
- Create and update program playbooks and guides.
- Seek standardization and process improvement.
- Stay updated on digital technology advancements through professional engagement.
Qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
- 5-8 years of experience supporting digital marketing, digital project management, CRM within the Pharmaceutical Industry experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Demonstrates a clear aptitude for managing projects. Ability to assign priorities and meet delivery dates.
- Demonstrated experience with start-to-finish planning/executing omnichannel digital/CRM programs, including websites, email, emerging media tactics, mobile (apps/sites/media/SMS).
- Track record of working across large, matrixed organizations to get things done.
- Must have thorough understanding of measuring impact of digital/CRM including social analytics, SEO measurement/management, digital/mobile metrics.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills to work effectively with all levels of management, teams, and vendors including the ability to communicate with both business and technical individuals.
- Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office Software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, Smartsheet.
- Ability to work independently without day-to-day supervision.
