Fund Administration Intern

Job description

The purpose of this internship is to bring in help for the Fund Administration team with daily tasks including NAV oversight, financial reporting, fund accounting, reconciliation, valuation and certain middle office tasks.

On a daily basis, the participant will assist on the preparation and review of various fund accounting, financial reporting and valuation related tasks

Tasks: 

• Daily Valuation
• NAV Benchmarking
• Sec Lending
• Financial reporting support
• Other fund accounting related tasks

• Knowledge of accounting and finance as it relates to the mutual fund industry
• Pro-active and self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to identify areas for improvement
• Knowledge of Bloomberg and Excel would be beneficial

The intern will be onsite and will work closely with the Impax team
