Job description
We are a fast-paced Real Estate Company, continuing to grow in Western Oregon. We are looking to add another Graphic Designer to our Marketing Team. Our Marketing Team works closely with our Real Estate Agents and Administrative Staff to create social media, print, and marketing materials to advertise our agents, their listings, and our company. Our Team also assists with basic tech support questions and works together to solve tech issues. We also assist with Photography including headshots. Responsibilities: • Create social media, print, and marketing materials to advertise our agents, their listings, and our company • Assists with basic tech support questions and works together to solve tech issues • Assist with Photography including headshots Our goal is to develop long-lasting trusting relationships with our agents and the public, building our company through excellent graphic design and great company culture. Must Provide Samples Of Designs Or Link To Portfolio. Must Reside In Oregon And Work In Person On Location. Not A Remote Job. Qualifications: The proper candidate: • Intermediate Knowledge of Social Media Platforms • Intermediate Knowledge of Adobe Suite- Primarily InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop & Acrobat • Intermediate Knowledge of Canva • Intermediate Knowledge of Microsoft Office • Basic Knowledge of Trello and Slack or similar task management and messaging software • Intermediate Knowledge of Mac and PC Platforms • Basic Knowledge of iPhone and Android Platforms • Basic Knowledge of Cloud Drive Storage and File Management • Basic Knowledge of Photography • Ability to work in a group and independently • Ability to troubleshoot tech issues with research and help desk calls • Willing to travel as requested, dependable transportation • Would reside or be within commuting distance to our Oregon coast locations in Newport, OR, and Lincoln City, OR.
