Position: Press Operator

Location: Warren, OH

Compensation:
Starting at $12.00 per hour, Increment of 50 cents every 30 days, Upon permanent employment, pay elevates to $17.85 per hour

Shifts:
First Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 am to 4:30 pm (55 hours weekly) Second Shift: Monday-Thursday, 4:30 pm to 5:00 am (48 hours weekly)

Responsibilities:

• Operate fine blanking and/or forming press, alongside material feeding equipment for steel parts manufacturing.
• Follow job packets meticulously for accurate setups and make press adjustments as specified.
• Assist in die changes and corrections to uphold production quality.
• Adhere to the production schedule for timely manufacturing.
• Ensure usage of correct raw materials for production.
• Conduct inspection of first piece runs, oversee production, perform quality checks, and complete job documentation.
• Prioritize safety, emphasizing adherence to safety protocols.
