Job description
The UT Southwestern Medical Center Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology seeks to fill a position in its Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Division. We are looking for a skilled faculty member who will further our efforts to expand our assisted reproductive technologies (IVF) program. The successful candidate will have a passion for teaching and providing evidence-based clinical care. Responsibilities will include the full spectrum of reproductive endocrinology and infertility patient-care services at UT Southwestern University Hospitals and Clinics and Parkland Health and Hospital System as well as instruction of medical students, residents and fellows. The candidate must be willing to work as a member of the IVF team, have excellent communication skills and have a passion for providing high-quality patient care and teaching. The position offers a competitive salary and benefits. Appointment rank will be commensurate with academic accomplishments and experience.
UT Southwestern is the home of the largest residency program in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and one of the busiest clinical programs in the United States. We have over 100 faculty members, 175 classified staff, 72 residents, and 18 fellows. The Department has a robust research program and excellent graduate and undergraduate medical education programs. Candidates must have an M.D. degree; completed an accredited internship and residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology and a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility; and be eligible for Texas medical licensure and certification by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

This position is security-sensitive and subject to Texas Education Code 51.215, which authorizes UT Southwestern to obtain criminal history record information.
