We are looking for an Electrical Assembler. This position will be based in Wendell, NC.

Overview:

As an Electrical Assembler you will be responsible for assembling & wiring DC Electrical Vehicle Chargers and Dispensers.

Responsibilities:

• Perform sub assembly wiring and final assembly wiring work to the highest level of accuracy and Workmanship
• Adhere to developed processes, methods and/or seek ways to improve
• Strong team player
• work with large power cables including correct method of crimping connectors
• Perform proper stripping and crimping techniques
• Assemble components on panels per given layout or drawings
• Must adhere to all safety rules and keep safety first for self and others
• Perform miscellaneous other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1+ years’ experience performing mechanical assembly (build) of product
• 1+ years’ experience with commercial or industry wiring
• Must have the ability to read and work with schematic drawings/layouts/wire lists with minimal to no supervision
• Experience working with standard hand and power tools both pneumatic and battery operated
• Must be a strong team player
• Must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis

Preferred Qualifications- Possess some knowledge on electrical clearances

• Associates Degree or technical training in area of responsibility
• Proven record in Quality and Productivity

• The pay range for this position is $20.36 / hour. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
