Multi-Unit Restaurant General Manager -Finger Lakes Responsibilities:
- Develop, mentor, and lead your team
- Ensure food quality and guest service
- Oversee financials, inventory, costs, and daily operations of the restaurant
- Scheduling and forecasting labor
- Uphold health & safety standards
Multi-Unit Restaurant General Manager -Finger Lakes Requirements:
- At least 3+ years as an AGM or 2+ years as a General Manager in full-service restaurants
- Strong leadership: you earn respect from others and create a positive and inclusive work environment
- Passionate about food and beverage and has scratch kitchen operations experience
- Strong financial acumen and P & L experience
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation
