On any given day, the average person will usually prepare 3 meals, straighten up their house either by vacuuming or doing dishes, remind themselves about taking their meds, and help them with their hygiene.

- Above average pay- average pay is $12/hour, but WE think that is just WAY too low, so we start you out at $15+. If you worked full-time, that’s an extra $480+ a month than our competitors, even if we started you out on our minimum of $15.
- If you have friends who also want to become caregivers, we pay YOU for recommending US. We give you $125 for every referral.
- We offer mileage reimbursement because it just makes sense.
- A lot of agencies don’t offer medical assistance for employees. We get it, that used to be us. But that’s what our caregivers were wanting, so that’s what we offer now. Wellness Programs, paid 100% by us.
- We have an office staff that is second to none and will make sure you feel seen and recognized every day with us.
