Seasoned Title Professional
Are you a seasoned title professional with a loyal following and strong relationships with Real Estate Agents and Loan Officers? Do you have the ability to produce title business? Brennan Title Company is looking for a Seasoned Title Professional to help build our Southern Maryland office. We offer a compensation package that includes both Salary and Profit Participation. Responsibilities:
- Participates in the creation and implementation of a strategic marketing plan to build the business
- Conduct thorough title examinations to ensure the accuracy and legality of property titles
- Prepare and review title commitments, policies, and other related documents according to company standards and guidelines
- Collaborate with attorneys, lenders, real estate agents, and other parties to resolve title issues and facilitate smooth transactions
- Maintain and update title records, databases, and files to ensure efficient retrieval and organization of information
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the title industry
- Proficient in conducting title searches and examining title documents
- Strong knowledge of state and local title regulations and requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve title issues
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders
