Job description

ITT C'treat has been manufacturing and supporting high quality reverse osmosis watermakers and packaged water systems for the offshore oil and gas industry for over thirty years. With hundreds of systems installed around the world, we are a leading providers of fresh water for offshore applications. We are seeking a new team member to support our Warehouse and Shipping/Receiving departments. 

This role is engaged in verifying and keeping records on incoming and outgoing shipments, inventorying and distributing items and preparing them for shipment, and receiving incoming materials. Under the direction of the Warehousing lead, the responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:

 

- Supporting incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments. 

- Directs movement of shipments from shipping and receiving to storage or work areas. 

- Studying work orders, packing lists, invoices, and other records to determine shipping priorities, work assignments, and shipping methods required to meet schedules. 

- Inspecting loading operations to ensure compliance with shipping specifications. 

- Responsible for placing materials in the designated location upon receipt. 

- Notify appropriate stakeholders when materials are received. 

- Prepare and complete receiving documentation. 

- Verify shortages, overages, damaged goods, and returns. 

- Operate material handling equipment. 

- Create HAZMAT documentation when necessary. 

- Contact suppliers on damaged or wrong shipments. 

Education: 

- High school diploma or GED

Experience:

- 6+ months of related experience and/or training in material handling 

 

Other:

- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. 

- Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions and deal with problems involving several concrete variables.

Industrial Process (Revenue of $1.0B; headcount of 2,800; operates in 30 countries) manufactures engineered fluid process equipment serving a diversified mix of customers in global industries such as chemical, energy, mining, and other industrial process markets and is a provider of plant optimization and efficiency solutions and aftermarket services and parts;

Connect and Control Technologies (Revenue of $0.6B; headcount of 2,700; operates in 10 countries) manufactures harsh-environment connector solutions, critical energy absorption, flow control components, and composite materials for the aerospace and defense, general industrial, medical, and energy markets.

The salary offered to a candidate is based several factors such as candidate experience and qualifications, location, as well as market and business considerations.
35,000.00 to 52,000.00 plus benefits and potential bonus
