Job description
We manage large Commercial, Multi-family and Hospitality projects and specialize in Drywall, Plaster, Stucco, Acoustical Ceilings, Structural Steel and Light Gauge Metal Framing.
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager, and also an experienced Estimator.
Position Overview: The Drywall Project Manager is a full-time position responsible for managing all aspects of drywall installation projects, from estimating costs and scheduling work to supervising installation teams. The Project Manager will handle customer inquiries, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create project plans, timelines, and budgets for drywall installation projects.
- Estimate costs of materials, labor, and other related project expenses.
- Schedule and assign duties to drywall installation teams.
- Oversee drywall installation projects to ensure that they are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage customer inquiries, inquiries from subcontractors, and other related correspondence.
- Maintain records of project progress, costs, and other related information.
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed at all times.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Drywall Project Manager.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of drywall installation procedures and safety protocols.
- Familiarity with construction materials and related costs.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other construction documents.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
