Kyverna is seeking a highly motivated an Executive Administrative Assistance to join our team developing novel and innovative engineered T cell-based therapies for autoimmune diseases. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in filtering and attending to the day-to-day functions that are integral to executive leadership responsibilities while living our core values: bring intellectual rigor, elevate each other, and stay true to why.

Responsibilities

• Primarily provide daily executive admin support to our leadership team/ C - Suite.
• Complex calendar management, planning of domestic and international travel for senior level staff.
• Process executive expenses and facilitate reimbursement in a timely manner.
• Plan and organize meetings, off-sites, guest speaker seminars, department meetings, team bonding events, as well as assisting in holiday events. When necessary, attend meetings in person to coordinate logistics and sourcing vendors for activities and event locations.
• Support members of various departments in arranging travel, if international, and arranging accommodations.
• Handle highly confidential and sensitive issues in a professional manner.
• Coordinate and monitor contracts as necessary. Keep executives updated on progress and any delays.
• Assist in generating Purchase Orders when needed.
• Work closely with People Teams for talent recruitment including scheduling interviews and seminars, host candidates on-site or via zoom, and assist in onboarding logistics.
• Assist office management and administrative support to ensure the office is running smoothly for staff. Prepare for continuous onsite visitors including vendors and senior executives; assist in ordering office supplies, office decorations when necessary.

Requirements

• Previous experience supporting executives, preferably in a start-up environment
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize
• Flexible, friendly and positive attitude
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Demonstrated capacity to think creatively when addressing complex situations
• Ability to communicate effectively with clinical, biomarker, biostatistical, and pre-clinical scientists, including peer to peer interactions with academic scientific experts.
• Self-starter, strong collaborative skills working in cross-functional teams

The salary range for candidates residing in California for this position is $125,000 USD to $150,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate of what we reasonably expect to pay for this posted position, and the actual salary may vary based on various factors, including without limitation geographic location, individual education, experience, tenure, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.  This position is also eligible for bonus, benefits, and participation in Company’s stock option plan.
