Job Description

Visio Hype Production Studio is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of assigned projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. With a monthly salary range of $3,000 - $4,200 and full benefits, this is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in the success of our studio and contribute to the creation of compelling visual content.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning: Work closely with the production team to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for assigned productions. Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure smooth project execution.

2. Task Management: Create and maintain detailed project schedules, outlining key milestones, deadlines, and deliverables. Assign tasks to team members and vendors, track progress, and follow up to ensure timely completion of all project components.

3. Communication and Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders involved in assigned projects. Facilitate communication between team members, clients, vendors, and partners, providing updates, addressing issues, and resolving conflicts as needed.

4. Budget and Expense Tracking: Monitor project budgets and expenses, tracking costs related to labor, equipment, materials, and other expenditures. Prepare financial reports and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions to ensure projects stay within budget.

5. Quality Assurance: Maintain quality control throughout the production process, reviewing work-in-progress and final deliverables to ensure they meet Visio Hype's quality standards and client expectations. Address any deviations from the project scope or specifications promptly and effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, production management, or related roles in the entertainment industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
