Job Title: Customer Service Administrator Marketing Department for Home Furnishings Warehouse

Working Location: Marietta GA.

Duration: Full Time employment working in the Marietta GA office

Pay: $3040K per year


A leading provider of premium home furnishings catering to designers for highend homes residences for seniors and those transitioning to retirement living. Our warehouse operations are crucial to our success ensuring efficient receiving picking and packing of furnishing orders and storage of furnishing. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Marketing Administrator to support our customer service and marketing efforts ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and our brand message is effectively communicated.

Job Description:
As a Customer Service Marketing Administrator you will play a vital role in supporting our marketing departments as a customer service specialist. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries coordinating marketing efforts and assisting with various administrative tasks to enhance customer satisfaction and promote our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer inquiries via phone email and online chat in a prompt and professional manner providing information about products order status and delivery schedules.
2. Assist in the execution of marketing efforts to promote our home furnishings to designers of highend homes seniors and retirement communities.
3. Coordinate with the designers to ensure furnishing orders are fullfilled correctly.
4. Manage customers respond to inquiries and promote our products and services.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and upselling to maximize customer value and satisfaction.
6. Maintain customer databases and records ensuring accuracy and completeness of customer information for targeted marketing efforts and personalized communication.
7. Assist in organizing marketing opperations.
8. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement in our marketing strategies.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in marketing business administration communications or equivalent field experience.
2. Previous experience in customer service marketing or administrative roles is advantageous.
3. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with customers colleagues and external partners.
4. Proficiency in computer software applications including Microsoft Office suite CRM systems and social media platforms.
5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
6. Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities to develop innovative marketing solutions and address customer needs.
7. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a fastpaced environment.
8. Passion for customer service excellence and a genuine interest in home furnishings and interior design trends.
