Job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Insurance Sales and Onboarding Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in the insurance industry while supporting our sales and onboarding efforts. If you have a passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, and a desire to develop a successful career in insurance sales, we want to hear from you!

Salary: $42,000.00 - $74,750.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Onboard every new client to our insurance agency, and ensure that our clients are well informed about our products, and our referral process

Requirements

Coachable and open to constructive criticism

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Honest and has integrity

Intrinsically driven to be successful

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Write 10 life insurance policies per month

Property and Casualty License preferred(will help get)

Life and Health License preferred (will help get)
