Job Responsibilities:

• Review financial statements for accuracy 
• Organize and update financial records 
• Process and review AP and AR invoices 
• Complete bank and GL reconciliations 
• Monitor vendor account balances to ensure payments are up to date 
• Input and correct accounting data into the system 
• Perform analytical problem-solving to identify solutions 
• Identify urgency in tasks and prioritize responsibilities 
• Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures 

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of one year of work experience in the accounting field 
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting 
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables and V Look-Ups) 
• Ability to thrive in an independent work environment 
• Detail-oriented
