Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Locations: Sarasota, FL & Tampa, FL
Hours: Full-Time
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Base Salary Range: $140,000 to $160,000/year

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the construction of multifamily projects. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects. They will lead the construction team, ensure delivery within budget and on schedule, and collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure successful completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, leadership attributes, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, and OSHA 10.

Position Overview: The Senior Project Manager will lead and manage the construction of multifamily projects, from pre-construction through closeout. They will maintain excellent relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members, and will ensure that projects are completed on-time and within budget. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ensure project compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and develop solutions.
• Negotiate and resolve conflicts between various stakeholders.
• Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other related documents.
• Assist in resolving any disputes or legal issues that may arise.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the construction/multifamily industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, and OSHA 10.
