**Position Title:** Program Evaluator

**Compensation:** $83,400 to $94,500 per year

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly motivated Program Evaluator to collaborate with our organization on various evaluation initiatives. The Program Evaluator will primarily focus on supporting the monitoring and evaluation of programs aimed at preventing tobacco and cancer-related health disparities. This role involves designing evaluation frameworks, analyzing data, and providing recommendations to ensure program effectiveness.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide strategic evaluation support for CDC-funded programs and other initiatives.
- Design and develop program evaluation methods, performance measures, and monitoring tools.
- Collaborate with program teams to ensure alignment with evaluation standards and practices.
- Review program documents and conduct data analysis to assess program outcomes.
- Provide training and technical assistance on data collection and management.
- Assist in the development and dissemination of evaluation reports and presentations.
- Maintain positive relationships with team members and external partners.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

- Master's degree in Public Health or related field with 7-10 years of experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program evaluation or related areas.
- Prior experience in public health or nonprofit organizations preferred.
- Proficiency in evaluation theories and frameworks.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

**Location:** This is a remote/hybrid position with occasional travel to our client's office in Atlanta, Georgia. Candidates must be located in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, Texas, Virginia, or Washington.
