Job description

We are looking for 5 individuals to join our team as the Management Trainee! 

We grow solely organically, so every employee starts off Entry Level and is provided the opportunity to grow as far as they’d like with us. Through our thorough training program, we are looking for someone who is looking to work hard, learn a lot, and take charge of their career. 

Entry Level - Mastering the Basics:

• Self-management: Being on time, professionalism, etc. 
• Sales and Customer service basics
• Client product knowledge
• Establishing consistency in day-to-day work

Team Leadership - Duplication:

• Teach newer entry level team members how to do the job you just mastered
• Train and re-training other Sales & Customer Service Agents
• Take on more responsibility within the workplace 

Assistant Management - Company Management:

• Payroll
• Company financials
• Human Resources 
• Managing an entire team
