Job Title: Licensed Architect

Location: Auburn Hills, MI

Job Type: Full time

Salary: $80 to 140k

Job Overview:

We are seeking a licensed architect who is organized, highly motivated, and creative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing conceptual design, floor plan schematic design, and producing construction drawings for commercial and specialized residential projects.

Requirements:

• · Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in architectural design.

• · Involvement: The Architect is actively engaged in the design process on all levels, as needed for each project.

• · Project Management: Must possess project management experience to effectively perform duties during project design phases. (Knowledge is fine)

• · Michigan License: A valid Michigan architectural license is required.

• · Work Arrangement: Onsite/Hybrid work schedule (3 days in the office, 2 days remote).

  Responsibilities:

• · Conceptual design and development for commercial and specialized residential projects.

• · Execution of floor plan schematic design.

• · Production of comprehensive construction drawings.

• · Collaboration with the owner throughout the design process.

• · Project management duties as required, balancing responsibilities with design tasks.
