Job Title: Metal Fabrication General Laborer
Job Summary:
We seek a dedicated and hardworking Metal Fabrication General Laborer to join our team. As a Metal Fabrication General Laborer, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various tasks related to metal fabrication. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will contribute to the overall success of our projects. Job Specifications:
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Location: Largo FL
Pay Rate: $15.00-$16.50
Shift: 1 st 7:00 to 3:30 PM Monday-Friday
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist in the setup and preparation of materials for metal fabrication projects.
Operate and maintain various tools and equipment used in metal fabrication, such as saws, grinders, and drills.
Assist in measuring, cutting, and shaping metal components according to specifications.
Perform basic welding tasks under the guidance of experienced welders.
Clean and maintain work areas, ensuring a safe and organized environment.
Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
Communicate any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in metal fabrication or related field is preferred but not required.
Basic knowledge of metalworking tools and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
Safety-conscious mindset.
