The expected pay range for this Delivery Supervisor position in Hilo is $42,100 to $57,250 per year depending on experience.

HPM Building Supply in Hilo, Hawaii is seeking to hire a Delivery Supervisor . Through adept leadership in the delivery process, the Delivery Supervisor actively contributes to a smooth and efficient customer experience while consistently upholding the superior quality of delivery services. This role involves responsibilities such as directing a team that includes both Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and non-CDL commercial drivers, ensuring the punctual fulfillment of orders, maintaining safety and compliance standards, and upholding a standard of professionalism in customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a Delivery Supervisor or similar role in the building industry
• Experience in supervising and managing CDL drivers is preferred
• Proficiency in using delivery management software and tools including working with routes and delivery schedules
• Commercial Driver's License preferred
• Ability to lift 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation
