About the team:

Turo is searching for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Solution Architect to join our Enterprise Applications team, to serve as the systems subject matter expert and business partner for Turo's Host Success Operations Team. Under the guidance of the Manager Enterprise Applications, with support from other business stakeholders, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations and strategic Expansion and optimization of Turo’s current Salesforce and related products in the Sales Ecosystem. You will need to juggle a diverse workload that includes application development lifecycle management, user lifecycle management, business workflow automation, product integration designs, troubleshooting, and continual optimization. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about combining Technology, Sales, and Customer Success Operations.

The Phoenix base salary target range for this full-time position is $130,000-$155,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in this location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your work location during the hiring process.
