Join Our Team as a Compensation Manager

Are you ready to revolutionize compensation strategies and drive talent engagement in a dynamic organization? We're seeking a forward-thinking Compensation Manager to lead our efforts in designing and implementing cutting-edge compensation programs. Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our total rewards initiatives across multiple states and branches, ensuring our company remains competitive in the market.

What You'll Do:

- Utilize data analytics to evaluate and enhance compensation programs, providing insightful recommendations to our leadership team.

- Stay abreast of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all compensation-related activities.

- Design job architecture and communication strategies, conducting comprehensive job evaluations to determine optimal role levels.

- Manage compensation structures across various disciplines and geographies, conducting ongoing analysis to align with market trends.

- Lead the planning and execution of compensation reviews, including budget development and employee education sessions.

- Develop incentive and bonus programs aligned with our company's compensation philosophy and performance goals.

- Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to develop and maintain robust compensation frameworks.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Compensation Management.

- 6-8 years of progressive Compensation experience.

- Advanced knowledge of compensation principles and trends, with a keen eye for data-driven decision-making.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.

- Exceptional communication skills, adept at conveying complex information to diverse audiences.

- Proficiency in Excel, G-Suite, and MS Office suite, with a knack for storytelling with data.

- Self-starter mentality with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

- Discretion and judgment in handling confidential information.

- Understanding of Finance & Accounting functions, HRIS systems, and budget projections.
