Bring passion and dedication to your job and there's no telling what you could accomplish! Apple Retail is looking for a Senior Manager to lead the WW and AMR Commercial team. This role will drive business strategy, operations, and performance management for two key business areas: the Americas region (US, Canada, ALAC) and the WW Promotions and Offers global function. The Americas regional leadership role includes near term and long term commercial responsibilities. In the near term, developing sales-driving opportunities for the current fiscal year, and in the long term, creating go-to-market country plans to achieve multi-year growth for Retail across disciplines. The scope of this role also includes revenue and operational responsibilities, as well as performance management across Apple products and services! Our organization's responsibility set includes the identification, development, and execution of Apple Retail’s global promotions (e.g. Apple Shopping Event, Back to School, etc) as well as collaborating with regional leadership on international promotions (e.g. Chinese New Year, Diwali, etc). This role manages Retail’s commercial roadmap and broader management system, including for leadership approvals.

15+ years of business and commercial experience in a global capacity Experience leading one or more business units, including sales ownership Experience leading a successful commercial team Proven ability to develop impactful go-to-market growth strategies, with clear business objectives and associated revenue opportunities Strong understanding of country dynamics within the AMR region, and preference for experience with carrier/telco business dynamics Skilled at identifying key problems to solve for within a business area, using insights/data, discussing and debating opportunities, as well as developing an informed point of view Strong storyteller as it relates to a broader business performance narrative, commercial strategy, or other business pitch, with comfort in a senior executive environment Experience with developing commercial levers to drive demand in a Retail environment across products and markets Able to engage and influence partners regardless of level Our team has responsibility for the following: We own revenue and unit sales across countries and products, along with other key metrics (Traffic, Conversion, Ways to Buy, NPS) Manages the business operationally, including partnership across partner functions: Finance, Marketing, Merchandising, Fulfillment) Develops go-to-market strategies across customer journey to grow total Apple in core product lines (iPhone, iPad, Mac, Watch, Accessories, Services) We're always looking for new ways to grow the pie for Apple and Retail in Americas countries, including at key intersections within Education, SMB, or Refurbished Identifies key shopping moments within top markets to run Retail promos/offers, and develops the plan of record including offer type, product inclusion, and values Our ideal candidate will own the commercial management system for Retail, including review and decision forums, as well as senior leadership presentations across Apple

Education & Experience

Bachelors Degree required. MBA highly preferred.
