Elevate Dental Partners is a full-service dental practice dedicated to delivering outstanding care to the residents of Southern Colorado. Under the leadership of Dr. Sterling Rogers and Dr. Michael Bull, the practice is thriving. We are looking for a wonderful Associate Dentist to add to our effort to provide our community with excellent dental care. The Associate Dentist will be responsible for performing general dental procedures while ensuring the highest level of patient care. The Associate Dentist will be collaborating with other dental health professionals to ensure the continuity of patient care and contribute to the development and implementation of treatment care plans. Our hygienists are thoroughly trained to a higher level so that they can set Doctors up for a smooth, mapped-out exam with great patient understanding and acceptance before the Doctor even walks in! • We have a hygiene mentor in place to help standardize hygiene practices and to be a liaison between doctors and hygienists. • We place a lot of emphasis on developing trust and rapport with our patients so that they always feel cared about and heard. • We use cutting-edge technology and equipment! We always want to give you the tools you need to do your job comfortably and safely. • We encourage our Doctors to do all phases of dentistry including OS, Endo, implants, etc. and support them in doing so. • We work hard and play hard! Our office is like a family where everyone helps one another in order to make everything run efficiently and smoothly. We're looking for a great fit for our great group of hard workers who take care of one another. • Doctors receive Invisalign training and support. • Ownership Opportunities/ Huge Opportunities for Advancement Responsibilities: • Perform dental examinations, diagnose oral health issues, and develop treatment plans • Conduct routine dental procedures, including cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canals, fluoride treatment and other diagnostic and preventative procedures • Perform cosmetic dental procedures, including veneers, crowns, bridges, inlays, and dentures • Stay updated with the latest advancements in dentistry and integrate them into practice • Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation Qualifications: Relevant Skills • In-depth knowledge of general dental procedures • Strong attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills • Experience with computerized charting and digital imaging systems • Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Demonstrates empathy and sensitivity towards patients • Strong work ethic and professional behavior Qualifications • DDS or DMD degree • Current and valid state dental license • Experience in cosmetic dentistry and clear aligner therapy is an asset • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is required • Familiarity with dental practice management software is an asset About Company: Elevate Dental Partners is committed to providing partner dentists and their teams with the highest quality of life as they provide the highest quality dental care for their patients.
