First Time parents in McLean, VA are looking to hire a newborn care specialist to provide daytime care for their newborn for the next 4 months. The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced NCS with a positive, loving, and easy going demeanor. This new mom is looking for encouragement and nonjudgemental support during these first few months.

⭐️ At least 3 years of newborn care experience
⭐️ Experience working as a newborn care specialist with at least 5 families (verifiable with references)
⭐️ Must be legal to work in the US
⭐️ Excellent communication skills
⭐️ Must to local to the DC area
⭐️ Must be Covid-vaccinated with recent vaccine or Booster
