WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS

You'll work a full-time Monday through Thursday schedule between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM, with occasional Fridays.

As our Dental Office Receptionist, you'll be the go-to expert in coordinating appointments, managing patient records, and providing assistance with insurance matters. Your positive attitude will shine as you answer phone calls and emails, ensuring seamless patient flow and collections. QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience as a receptionist and/or admin
• Dental office experience with some dentistry knowledge
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software

Having experience with collections is a plus! Being bilingual in English/Spanish is also a bonus!
