Job description

Making A Difference Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to fighting hunger and food insecurity in our community. We are currently seeking a passionate and driven Food Bank Manager to join our team. As a Food Bank Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food bank, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in serving our clients and distributing food resources to those in need. You will work closely with our staff, volunteers, and community partners to develop and implement strategies that will enhance our food bank's impact and reach. Sick time - 1 hour for every 40 hours worked

12 holidays per year

Vacation time after one year of employment. Full-time employees begin with 2 weeks per year accrual and Part-time employees (more than 30 hours per week) begin accrual at 1 week per year.

Full time employees are eligible for medical, dental, sick, vacation, long and short term disability, life insurance, vision, dental the first of the month after 60 days of employment. MADF pays 90 percent of these insurances.
