Compensation Range: $70-80k
Compensation will be dependent upon education and experience.
**This position requires full clinical licensure in the state of Connecticut (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) .**

The Program Therapist assists and supports clients from admission through discharge. The Program Therapist provides clinical assessments and contributes insightful, practical and meaningful information to the development of treatment plans. They orient new clients to the treatment program and makes introductions to the staff and other program participants. As a member of the treatment team, the Program Therapist meets weekly in collaborative fashion with the treatment team to discuss cases.

Compensation Range: $70-80k
Compensation is dependent upon education and experience.
This full-time position is in-person at our Greenwich Outpatient Program. It has a schedule of Monday-Friday 11a-7p.

Master’s or Doctorate degree in relevant field, required
Completion of Connecticut state requirements to conduct therapeutic interventions, required
Registration number with the state of Connecticut, required
Holds active full clinical license in the state of Connecticut (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) , required
Experience working in behavioral healthcare, highly preferred
Obtain CPI certification within 90 days of hire
Obtain CPR, AED, and First Aid certification within 90 days of hire
Obtain ServSafe certification within 90 day of hire
Must possess a current driver’s license and be in good standing
