Summary of position:

Osmose Utilities Services is currently seeking a full-time Marketing Manager. This position will report directly to the Marketing Director and will be responsible for the development of marketing and sales collateral

Responsibilities

• Manage the development of marketing and sales collateral, including videos, white papers, case studies, articles, etc., by collaborating across departments and coordinating with third party vendors
• Develop and oversee trade publication advertising including ad agreements and art creation and approval
• Write website and email copy as needed
• Code and submit marketing invoices and accurately track marketing expenditures
• Manage any third-party vendor relationships (graphic designer, videographer, photographer, etc.)
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a marketing team
• Exceptional writing ability
• Ability to translate technical documents and concepts into clear, engaging marketing content
• Organizational and time-management skills
