Job description
Rocky Mountain Adventures is hiring for a instructor position on the Cache La Poudre River for the upcoming season.
Are you a Class IV Kayaker or above looking to get paid to paddle all summer? You came to the right place! We are looking for a Level 4 ACA certified instructor to support our kayaking class schedule for the 2024 season. Valid 1st Aid/CPR is required in addition to a current ACA instructor certification. Pay incentives for current Swiftwater certification (Within the last 3 years) and Wilderness First Responder (or above).
RMA offers 1/2 day up to multiple day course offerings to keep you busy on the water. Transportation and drivers are available to support the course needs for most classes.
In addition to the described certifications you will also need to provide your own kayak and associated gear needed to teach.

Important Dates to Consider:
Anticipated Dates for Interviewing Candidates: March 18-29, 2024
Anticipated Dates for extending offers: April 1-5, 2024
Required Training Date: May 6th or 8th, 2024* (Training is paid!)

Hourly Payrate: $15-$19 + client gratuity
