CNC Milling Machinist

Job description

We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Milling Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC milling machines to produce precision metal components according to specifications. The CNC Milling Machinist will play a key role in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision metal components.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Select the appropriate tools and fixtures for each job.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Make adjustments to machine settings as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect finished components for quality and accuracy.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience operating CNC milling machines.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software is a plus.
• Knowledge of machining principles and techniques.
