Job Title: POS Analyst

Location:  Coppell TX, 75019

Work Model:  Onsite M-F, standard 8am-5pm CT

Contract Length: 3-6 months

Pay Rate: $30-$40/Hour

Job Description: We are looking to bring on 3 additional POS Analysts for our ongoing project to support the implementation of Oracle Simphony POS across all of our store locations. We are wrapping up the first phase of the project with our 1st store pilot anticipated to launch this month and have the overall target project deadline being the end of the year. Day-to-day, these analysts will be working within Simphony to help add/delete/configure employee information and configure menu items, tables, touchscreens, workstations, and printers in addition to helping test all functionality. On the hardware side, we are looking for someone who can configure workstations out of the box, set up workstations based on a checklist (IP's/Names/Remote Software), and troubleshoot Windows issues (i.e. not able to connect). While experience with Oracle Simphony POS is preferred, we welcome those with alternative POS experience who are eager to learn the ins and outs of Simphony to apply.
