Job description

About The Role:

Our ideal candidate is a critical thinker that is dynamic, innovative, and proactively predicts the Managers' needs as it relates to day-to day support.

This role provides administrative support to the Head Customer & Distribution Management North America, Head Innovative Risk Solutions North America, with potential to support other Leaders as needed during colleagues' absence coverage. You will be a trusted point of contact among Corporate Solutions Managers and their teams.

About the Team:

Reporting to the Corporate Solutions Head Executive Administration, the team consists of six people located in New York City, Toronto, Schaumburg, Armonk, and Kansas City. We are a team of individuals, each dedicated to support different teams within the Corporate Solutions division.

About You:

You exude positivity, have excellent communication and organizational skills and can think and act ahead, spot problems or opportunities before they arise and are willing to initiate opportunities for improvement.

Essentials:  

Light travel may be required to external events and conferences.
