Job description
Duties:
- Data Entry Information using our VMS system. And manual entry as well
- Printing customer invoice & BOL's
- Scanning and copying documents.
- Checking orders and helping in the office
- Answering emails and picking up incoming calls
Requirements:
Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task multiple priorities
- Have a sense of urgency to work in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of using other Vendor Management Systems such as Abacus
- Proficient in using Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
