My client located in Kentucky is seeking a Permanent PFS Director to join their team. The ideal candidate will have Post high school education coupled with over 5 years of experience in a billing setting in leadership in healthcare finance. Proficient in billing systems, compliance standards, and revenue cycle management, excel in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and innovation. Strong communication and leadership skills, coupled with a customer-centric approach, drive collaboration across departments. The PFS Director will be responsible for both hospital and clinic accounts receivable staff, to include electronic billing, RCM, insurance follow-up, private pay collections, cashiers and precertification for advanced radiology and therapy services. The selected candidate will receive a generous base salary, relocation assistance, benefits package.
