Summary of Duties:

A pivotal role of Clinic Manager with the newly established Autism Spectrum Disorder and Neurodevelopmental Program of Excellence (ASD NDPE) at Washington State University, Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine is now accepting applications. In this role, you'll be responsible for directing the administration and operations of our clinic, dedicated to providing groundbreaking interdisciplinary screenings for neurodevelopmental disorders to the diverse community of Spokane, WA.

In addition to daily operations, this role manages partner relationships, leads strategic planning for the clinic and manages the clinic budget. They are responsible for ensuring a smooth, positive and patient focused environment. This includes, but is not limited to, providing direction and oversight and performing the functions of: registration, financial counseling, telephone answering, patient billing activities, scheduling of staff, supervising and performance management of clinic staff, clinic staff time and attendance reporting, coordinating meetings and ensuring staff adhere to the policies and procedures of the organization.

The clinic manager sets the tone of the clinic environment through ensuring positive patient relations, working supportively with all departments and employees of the organization, providing timely and accurate organizational information and supporting the Mission, Vision and Values of Range Community Clinic (RCC).

Required Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in a field relevant to area of specialization and three (3) years of experience directly related to the specialty area. Any combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.

Monthly Salary : Minimum: $4,061.90; Midpoint: $5,077.36 ; Maximum: $6,092.84
In accordance with RCW 49.58.110, the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position. Individual placement within the range is based on the candidate’s current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position. Successful candidates typically begin up to mid-point of the salary range.
