Med/Surg Nurse Manager - Full Time
Connected Health Care, a premier recruitment and staffing firm, is currently partnering with a leading healthcare facility near Eufala, AL, to fill the position of Med/Surg Nurse Manager. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our client's dynamic team in providing exceptional patient care.
Job Description:
The Med/Surg Nurse Manager will be in charge and answerable for overseeing the daily operations of the unit around the clock. This entails supervising, guiding, and directing personnel, ensuring high-quality patient care, and optimizing unit efficiency from both organizational and economic perspectives. Additionally, responsible for gathering, submitting, and monitoring departmental quality data.
Requirements:
- Current RN License
- 1 Year inpatient management experience preferred
- ACLS/PALS required (may be obtained after hire)
