Job Title: Social Media Strategist

About Us:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Social Media team as a Social Media Strategist. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our employee engagement initiatives. Our team is dedicated to fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and results-driven approaches.

Role Overview:

As a Social Media Strategist, you will spearhead the development, implementation, and management of employee engagement initiatives within our Social Media program. You'll collaborate closely with various teams including Content, Field Marketing, Communications, and Career Social stakeholders to define and execute strategies that enhance our organization's productivity, performance, and overall job satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and enhance key employee engagement social media programs, aligning strategies with internal stakeholders to drive both strategic and tactical objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement program enhancements for continuous improvement.
Plan, execute, and manage social media programs aimed at boosting brand awareness, digital engagement, community advocacy, and delivering exceptional online customer experiences.
Stay updated on digital marketing and social media industry standards, best practices, and trends, providing guidance and training to others as necessary.
Conduct testing, analyze metrics, and develop action plans to achieve annual goals.
Partner with agencies to plan and execute initiatives that align with organizational goals.
Lead organization-wide employee engagement initiatives, managing project plans, resources, and implementation activities.
Develop and maintain scalable internal communication frameworks, platforms, and channels to effectively engage employees with the organization's mission, values, and activities.
Foster trust, influence, and credibility among national stakeholders, acting as a liaison between relevant teams to ensure internal communications are engaging and aligned.
Contribute to annual agency scoping conversations and participate in strategic planning discussions.

Required Qualifications:

Proficiency in various social media channels and platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
Familiarity with employee advocacy tools such as FirstUp/Dynamic Signal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Experience with sales productivity tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and conduct primary research.
Experience in developing and implementing strategic sales campaigns.
Proven track record in building and maintaining strategic relationships.
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing environments and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of experience in Social Media and/or Marketing.
Experience in media agency or client-side media roles.
Omnichannel experience, particularly in digital channels such as direct, social, programmatic, SEM, influencer marketing, media analytics, and content marketing.
