About Quinsigamond Community College:

Quinsigamond Community College (QCC), the largest community college in Central Massachusetts serving over 13,000 students in degree and certificate programs, adult education and workforce development. QCC offers over 70 associate degree and certificate career options in Business, Health Care, Technology, Liberal Arts, and Human Services. Additionally, over 137 credit and 300 noncredit courses are offered online, as well as a wide variety of classroom non-credit courses, workshops, and seminars. Classes are provided on the main campus, in downtown Worcester (Healthcare, Workforce Development, Continuing Education), at the Worcester Senior Center (Hospitality & Recreation Management), at Burncoat High School (Automotive Technology), and in the city of Southbridge.

Job Description:

General Statement of Responsibilities

The Case Manager Coordinator is a member of a team of professionals that implement the mission and vision of Quinsigamond Community College's Adult Community Learning Center. The coordinator is primarily responsible for supervising the Career and Education Case Managers that provide the tools and resources needed to assist students in achieving educational goals and workforce opportunities. The coordinator will create processes and preside over ensuring students have equitable access, career pathways, advising and student support services. The coordinator assists in collecting, analyzing, applying data and follow up to increase student retention and student outcomes.

Supervision Exercised

The Case Manager Coordinator directly supervises Career and Education Case Managers.

Supervision Received

The Case Manager Coordinator reports directly to the Director of the Adult Community Learning Center.

This is grant-funded, part-time, position. Starting rate of $41.00 per hour. Minimum of 20 hours per week. No benefits apply.
