Territory Sales Manager
North East - US Remote working - travel required 100-130000 plus rewards, competitive compensation and wellbeing benefits We are looking to speak to Sales Managers who have grit, are driven by success and determination to hit goals.
The role will be to join a global pharmaceutical manufacturing organization lead and develop a high-performance team whilst also being in a hands-on sales role.
- The role will be to you will develop an effective first line sales team and support with the training and development required.
- You will develop the regional pipeline and drive the weekly, monthly sales strategy across the team.
- You will be responsible for meeting sales targets on the products within the region.
- Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, the position would require previous experience of asset management, forecasting and budget management.

- Previous experience in managing and leading a regional team of 1 st line Sales reps.
- Ability to manage a portfolio of products and must have biopharma/ medical device experience
