Technical Project Manager Location Katy, TX :

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to work with customers including Amazon, Amphenol, Bourns, Carrier, Creation Tech, Flex, Foxconn, Molex, Plexus, Prent, Sanmina, and other OEM companies in North America.

Han's Laser Corporation is the leading industrial laser supplier for IT manufacturing, Ev battery cell manufacturing, PCB, Automobile, Medical, and other material processing industries. We are committed to providing our customers with the art-of-state industrial laser machine technology and automation system to meet their production demand. Our products include laser marking systems, laser cutting systems, laser welding systems, and 3D material printing.

As a Technical Project Manager, you will face the customers and coordinate the project for a lifetime, from order processing, FAT/SAT validation, products delivery, and post-sale tech support. Internally, you will be involved with cross-functional teams including sales, R&D, manufacturing, quality control, logistic, accounting, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients, lead internal and external meetings, and ensure tasks from meetings are implemented.
• Understand the laser application requirement from the customer and precisely forward the requirement to the internal teams for full solutions.
• Develop project plans and monitor all phases of the project.
• Coordinate internal resources to deliver solutions in response to customer requirements.
• Demonstrate strong abilities in cross-departmental coordination and communication, along with a keen awareness of project risks.
• Other duties and responsibilities as directed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in science and engineering field at a minimum, M.S. degree in ME, EE or Manufacturing (preferred)
• Experience: 1 year in a relevant role (preferred)
• Fast learner with significant practical and hands-on ability
• Fluent Bilingual English/Mandarin (required)
• Customer-facing skills, i.e., Email, telephone, and face-to-face interactions
• Familiar with basic computer office applications and 2D/3D CAD software operation, can read basic drawings and blueprints of customers' products
• Ability to work independently
• Must ensure high output level and be able to multitask
